As of the last 90 mins, my tiles have stopped working. I cannot log in water, view sleep, add exercise, etc. However step count works. Have Synced. Have shut down App, iPhone and rebooted. Tiles still don’t work.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
