I have 1 year's bunch of Notifications on my phone which need to be deleted from this phone as my phone is overloaded with lots of unnecessary stuff. I ave tried a few things but having no luck. The guys at FitBit are too busy . Does anyone have any suggestions what I should do please.

Welcome to the Community Forums @SunsetRunner!
I've seen that you contacted our Support Team in regards to this subject. As you were told, the notifications you're referring to will be deleted after 30 days the notification was received.
I've moved your post to the iOS App as there are more chances to get related replies here.

But do you mean that in 30 days all notifications on my phone will be deleted??? I don’t need over 1 year’s notifications will be deleted by you and I can’t do this?very distressing and upsetting that I can’t fix this problem myself. I am having doubts about the upside of owning a Fitbit charge 3 or any fit bit at all as I have many problems with this gadget and you guys don’t help very much.
Regards
Rose

Hi there @SunsetRunner, thanks for coming back! Thank you for the thorough feedback for the Fitbit environment, customer service and devices. This has not gone unnoticed and be sure that I will pass this along.
Fitbit has been designed to provide motivation and help you to reach your daily goals to success. Please know that we provide feedback to our team based on community posts and we are always working on improving our devices and overall environment based on that feedback.
When it comes to the in-app notifications, these will delete themselves every 30 days, so the oldest ones if they're more than 30 days old, they will start disappearing.
If this isn't happening, you can log out of the app and log back in and see if that works. There is currently no way to manually delete them.
I understand your concern about not being able to remove these Notifications but at this moment, our team doesn't have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, our team will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us and we will let you know if anything changes. If there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Your response has not helped me one bit - my notifications go back to August 4, 2018. 16:24 to be exact. So what di you mean they come off every 30 days - when does the 30 days start. Your reply is also
very upsetting as it almost portrays lack of care. I DON'T WANT ANY NOTIFICATIONS FROM YOU GUYS AT ALL - if I have to put up with this attitude. My phone is always in trouble as I have too much stuff like yours which by the way is the predominant problem of unwanted material on my phone. I also
have totally disconnected the Fitbit App from my phone and then reconnected and guess what NOTHING changed. Very disappointing. Also getting feed back from the community has not exactly been generous in fact I have had one response in over two weeks but I can also see there are other users who are encountering the same problem. Please come up with a solution. Thanks

Maybe enough of us complain they will actually do something. I'm seriously thinking Apple Watch.
Atleast its all Apple products. We can only keep struggling to make them change the mindset.
