Hi, I set up my mums flex on my IPhone before she had her ipad, she now uses her ipad for her fitbit, but I still get her email notifications and don't know how to change this. I have now also purchased myself a surge but when I add it to my phone it brings up my mums data - how do I resolve this please? Ultimately I need to fully remove my mum from the account - I think???

@kiran1509 It sounds like you are still logged into your Mom's account on your iPhone. What I would recommend is logging out of the Fitbit account associated with your Mom's email and then either create a new account or log in to your already-existing Fitbit account.

 

You should be able to log out by:

 

1. Tapping the account button in the bottom right-hand corner.

2. Scroll to the very bottom and click the Log Out button.

 

Afterwards, I'd recommend either creating a new account or logging into your already-existing account and pair your Surge to your account. Click here for instructions on how to do both options.
