Deleted silent alarm reoccurred

I deleted a silent alarm but this morning, a week later it reoccurred. I have an iPhone XR.  Please help! How can I permanently delete the alarm and make sure it doesn’t come back? Quite distressing.

@SandyH1, a warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your alarms. It is odd that this is happening but you don't mention which Fitbit device you have. Make sure that you have synced your device with your phone so the changes are synced. If the issue persist then re add the alarm, sync and then remove it and sync again.
