So this week my Charge3 decided to stop syncing. It can’t keep time, my alarms aren’t going off, I’m late for work. I’ve restarted it. If deleted the app and downloaded it again. Ive re-added the device. I’ve turned my iPhone 8 off and on. I’ve turned off Bluetooth and back on. I have the latest up date. What is going on?!

Having similar issues. My Fitbit charge 3 was having intermittent sync issues with my android phone. Followed every single step in your troubleshooting guide, and now I can't pair it at all.
