Welcome to our Community @JJohare! Thanks for stopping by! Hey, why don't you try the following steps:
1. Go to your iPhone's settings > Bluetooth > Then manually remove your Charge HR from the list there.
2. Go back to your Fitbit app, and tap 'add charge hr' in the app.
3. You'll see an endscreen that will says "done" instead of the infinite "Searching" message you're receiving.
4. After you had set up the Charge HR to your iOS device you'll receive a message to accept a "pairing request," tap yes.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

Ok, everything seemed to be working but after the device paired, Fitbit app said it was "finishing up" and never seemed to do anything. Now it's still not connected and I have the same problem trying not again however this time it's not even in my Bluetooth list to delete again
