Both of my iOS devices stopped updating fitness data about an hour ago. Tracker (Charge 3) is fine and FitBit.com has up to date stats but my devices are both not updating.

My Blaze is only partially updating app. Steps and Activity not updating on IPhone app.

Also: I cannot select either all day sync or notifications in the app. In both cases, it tells me the tracker must be paired, when the app says it is and Bluetooth is clearly connected.

Since this happened to both my iPhone and iPad at the same time, this must be on the server end.

hope that FitBit responds before I return this device

I think they’re having a server issue.

Yes agree.. I was trying to login to the website again and it went straight to the home screen with me already logged in.. and it shows my Activity for today which is not showing on app. The app was updated yesterday...

I’m finally logged into the website.. The online data has updated to show the reality of my data for today but not the app.

I have discovered that when looking at yesterday’s steps on the individual screen (accessed from the week by week screen) there are no steps recorded since Thursday night my time. That is when I believe I updated the app. Hope all this helps..

I got through to support. They are having a server outage. No estimated time to resolve.
