Also: I cannot select either all day sync or notifications in the app. In both cases, it tells me the tracker must be paired, when the app says it is and Bluetooth is clearly connected.
Since this happened to both my iPhone and iPad at the same time, this must be on the server end.

Best AnswerI have discovered that when looking at yesterday’s steps on the individual screen (accessed from the week by week screen) there are no steps recorded since Thursday night my time. That is when I believe I updated the app. Hope all this helps..
