Not syncing steps or active minutes

The app has not been getting full step and active minute data since around 4:30 today.  This is happening for both myself and my husband.  My Fitbit says i have 18 active minutes, but my phone says zero.  My fitbit says 10 out of 12 hours active, the app says only 9.  My total steps are correct on the app’s main screen (over 9000), but when i click on it and it goes to the step page it says i only have 4000 steps and no steps after 4:30.  Please fix this Fitbit team. Thanks!

The same thing is happening to me on my iPad 2.  Data is not syncing and when I try to sync, it fails.

I just noticed my app doing the same thing. It synced and showed my steps but no details in the step area. Glad I’m not the only one having this issue.

I felt the same way when I read your message🤯. Unfortunately for me, I am a numbers person so having correct data is important. I hope this gets fixed soon!!
