Difficulties syncing Flex 2 with iPhone 6s

I searched for topics and couldn’t find anything related   Fitbit , can u please help me with my iPhone 6s and flex 2 ?

its been several times that this happens but today it even happened with steps.sleep, and bunch of stuff they are not sync at all.  Thank you

Seems odd that you're unable to sync your Flex 2 with your iPhone 6s. I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on our help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? to verify that all the settings are correctly configured on your iOS mobile device to complete the syncing process. If such settings are verified, please move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are mentioned on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hi, thanks for the Info. I’ll keep it close to me next time, yesterday I did different things to make it work from resetting to removing it from Bluetooth , and restarting everything like if it was a new fitbit and after a whole new thing it worked. ;). Thanks.
