Difficulty with syncing two Charge 4 devices

I recently purchased 2 new Charge 4 fitbit devices. They are constantly unable to pair with our iPhones We go through the process several times a day to disconnect Bluetooth ...unpair... reconnect...etcetera… To make matters worse, when we are at home, the only way we can reconnect is if one person goes outside near the street and connect while the other connects from inside of the house. Can we have 2 Charge 4 Devices in the same home without these issues???

 

If there is no solution for this, I will be returning the items back to FITBIT as it is useless if we spend this much time just trying to connect!

 

Please advise.

Before anything else, our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. Please make sure you have downloaded the new version by following these instructions.
