Hey, I bought a sesnse-2 and hooked it up with my iPhone 13, but I can't get the ECG to work. It keeps saying "can't Find Phone. Open your fitbit app and got to dashboard tab. Find Assessment & Reports" even though I did the setup already. I tried everything, like resetting the app, the sense-2 and my phone, but nothing helped. What's going on?
