Display Stopped Working

My Fitbit buzzed this morning and then the display just stopped working. It has more than a 50% charge, so I knew it wasn’t the battery. I disconnected my charge from the iOS app to reconnect it, but I can’t reconnect since the number to enter won’t display on my Fitbit. My version of iOS is up to date, as is my Fitbit app. Not sure what else to do?

Hi @Letrain. It's always great to see you around.

Thanks for letting me know about your Fitbit device, as well for the steps that you tried prior contacting us. May I know the model of your Fitbit device? Also, do you feel any vibration when plugging it into the charging cable? If you've not done so, I'd recommend to charge it with another USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device. Then try restarting it to refresh its performance.

Let me know how it goes.
