Display of Dashboard (ChargeHR) IOS

My Fitbit dashboard is shown in a block format. It has a big block on top that shows steps, floors, cals, miles, and exercise. Than there is 6 smaller squares underneath showing sleep, cal intake, days exercised, heart rate, water and weight. Everyone in a while my dashboard changes to show my goals in a list format. I've seen pictures of other people's dashboards that show theirs in a list format. Is there anyway to change how your dashboard is display?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Sable4489You can rearrange your tiles by following the instructions in these posts 1 & 2. However, if you are not getting the regular format of your Dashboard in the iOS app, please provide me with a screen shot of what is shown in your end.

I moved this thread to the iOS app board because it is more related to the topic. Thanks for stopping by, see you around. Smiley Very Happy

@mvuong @Sable4489 It sounds like you both were using a new app design that we were trying out. As a result, your dashboards probably looked similar to the one that @Sable4489 provided a screenshot of. Rest assured that both versions of the App have the same functionality.

The test for the new App design is now complete. It's possible that you may see some of the design elements from the test version of the App be implemented in future versions of the Fitbit App. Thank you so much for your help!

The Dashboard now looks compltely different. Evertything is in a list type format. It is not nearly as good.

@jstick76 I've merged your post into this thread where users are talking about the same thing. My post above should help explain the dashboard change.

Fitbit, please note that the formatting with the tiles (in the picture above) is way more effective and eye catching that the list format. I almost lose all motivation to look at my stats because the list format is too bland. Please tell your app creators to give us the option to change back and forth between both formats.

I agree with @mvuong. My dashboard just changed to the list format today. Having the option to change it from list format to tile format or vice versa would be a good feature to give your customers.

I agree I really don't like the list format! I would love to have the old format back as soon as possible!

Thanks, but I prefer the previous dashboard iteration.

I much prefer the list version of the dashboard, too! Those of us who are linear prefer a list! Is there a way to change it? My fitbit changed to the tile version today and I do not like it at all!

I just began using fitbit on May 14th and love the list format. The tile format is not effective for me.

Is there a way to choose one's preference of dashboard: list or tile?

@ReadingRunner If you click the account button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Fitbit iOS App > click advanced settings > and then toggle the dashboard preview off, your dashboard will change back to the list-style dashboard.

My app updated today.  I used to be able to go into advanced settings and go back to the "old" (list) format.  I cannot do that any more.  Is there another way to go back to the list format?  I really hate the tiles. I'd love it if there were an option of either one for users.

Thanks!

The exact thing happened to me this morning! I spent some time finding out how I reverted back to the previous dashboard when this happened last time and the option to revert back is gone!

How can we revert to the previous dashboard now?!?!?!

Hi Derrick,

My fitbit no longer has the choice to revert to the previous dashboard and changed to tiles this morning. How can I revert back to the list dashboard now?

Thank you!

@ReadingRunner  With the latest update, the option to revert to old layout is no longer available.
