My charge will sync and charge but I can't see my steps or what time it is by clicking side button display doesn't show anything I have reset this thing so many times I've stopped counting help

Welcome to our Community @Stefnee88! Thanks for joining us! Smiley WinkI'd suggest you go to your online Dashboard > Settings > Tap your tracker tab and go to Device Settings. There you can see the optiond to see the clock and steps on your display, if they are already selected please unselect them and select them again. After this, please restart your tracker one more time and then force sync it with your computer by doing the following:

 

1. Verify that Fitbit Connect is installed and the wireless sync dongle is plugged into your computer. 
2. Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the data and time on your computer.
3. Click "Sync Now." Fitbit Connect will look for your tracker. 
4. Once the sync is complete, click Go to Fitbit.com.
