Hello, wondering if you can help. My charge 5 stopped tracking kms. It records step counts but kms do not appear. Anything I should do to have this back to normal? Thanks, Sara

Great that this has been fixed and seems to work too BUT too late.

Today i decided to buy another product and leave my 12 year journey with Fitbit.....I gave it time if a new Fitbit product had come out but no. (2022 previous product)
