Distance incorrect whem registering a walk

This week my app has stopped registering the distance walked. Records it ok when doing the walk and shows correct distance when finishing but when looking back the distance is always wrong. Anyone else getting this?

Hello @Rudegirljen good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I wonder how are you tracking your Walk exercise? Are you using any special feature of the tracker and app? 

 

I saw on your Community Profile you have a Charge 2, so if you are registering your walk using the connected GPS along with your Fitbit app, in some scenario it might be present a glitch causing inconsistent distance. Try to use the Run mode instead as a workaround while this issue is resolved.
