The title, "Does app version 3.13 fix the notification issue?", accurately reflects the the question at hand. I no longer allow my apps to automatically update and I'm now seeing an update notice for 3.13. The description for the update says:
We fixed some bugs and made stability improvements.
Can clarification please be provided as to what bugs and stability improvements have been made?
1. One concern that comes to mind is whether or not this update addresses the notification issue.
2. Another concern would be if it stops my blaze from vibrating while i'm on a call.
I'd like to download the updated version, but only if fixes some of the issues i'm having.

Hi @thenameless1. It's good to see you here and I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that you got the iOS Fitbit app update, as well for sharing the issues that you've been having. Our team is working hard on the notifications issues experienced after updating to iOS 13, as well on the issues with some of our products which keep vibrating when being on a call.
That said, as you noticed the new Fitbit app version 13.3 started rolling out for all our users and while we don't have in detail what bugs are fixed, we recommend to be on the most up to date iOS and Fitbit app version as this will ensure the performance of the Fitbit app and your Blaze when syncing your data.
If you need anything else, feel free to reply back.

@LizzyFitbit The preview images for the app show conflicting information. There are screenshots from the old dashboard as well as the new one.
I'm assuming there is some logic to the Fitbit app numbering scheme. So when the app goes from 3.12.1 to 3.13 that typically means there was some added functionality added to the app. If it was truly just bug fixes then the app should have been labeled as 3.12.2.
Since the notification issue hasn't been addressed does that mean we are going back to the old dashboard? Feedback here on the forums has been pretty negative regarding the new dashboard and the images from the app store as well as the fitbit website show the old dashboard...Did fitbit listen to customer feedback?
I no longer allow the app store to automatically update my apps because of the Fitbit app. The fitbit app worked fine in the past and the recent changes just kind of ruined it. If Fitbit can't provide information about the update should they actually be pushing it out?
@KateFitbit I was under the impression that going forward fitbit would be providing descriptions of the updates. For all i know i could download this new version and be prompted every 10 seconds for premium.
Anyone have any idea what this new functionality is that is now in the app?

The dashboard hasn’t changed and I haven’t spotted any changes between this and the last update. The only visible change I’ve seen is the version number
