Has anyone tried a laptop? My MacBook has Catalina?

@Janekk   There is a fairly long thread about Fitbit Connect and Catalina.  Fitbit Connect is not compatible with Mac OS Catalina.   Users are saying that here is a Bluetooth issue.  They get a message to turn Bluetooth on and it is on.  I saw your posts in the other long thread about syncing issues with iOS 13.4.1.  Unfortunately, I don't think your MacBook will help you out of this predicament.

 

Users say they can do a workaround to get their devices to sync, but the results are inconsistent.  I didn't see which tracker you use in any of your posts.  The newer trackers cannot sync with Fitbit Connect and need a compatible smartphone/tablet.
