Unable to setup Alta with iPad

Why can I not pair my Alta Fitbit with my I pad.  I have it paired on my phone but would like it on my I pad.

thank you for your advice i am now getting the reports. however on the app it is not recording all the days of activity. whilst i do like the fitbit it seems to have some anomalies.
