Don't receive Fitbit Versa notifications during the night

I have to reset my Fitbit every morning to receive notifications.

not sure why but during the night I don’t get anything. Despite the fact that all of my settings for notifications is ON
I dnt put it in sleep mode either

I am sorry to hear you have to reset your watch every morning in order to receiving notifications on your Fitbit Versa. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend confirming the following:

 

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen, and tap the quick settings icon. Make sure that Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode settings are off.
  2. Press and hold the left button for 2 seconds to quickly access notifications and other options. Make sure Notifications are turned on.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app and your phone are up-to-date.
