Hi Team,

 

Since yesterday the notification of messages in whatsapp, Telegram etc are not coming up in Versa 2. However when there is a call made to whatsapp, Telegram and skype, i get notification in Versa 2. Looks like some bugs after Fitbit app upgrade. Please can you update on what could be the issue.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with receiving notification of messages on your Versa 2. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. I recommend to check if you have downloaded the new version by following these instructions. Please also make sure your phone is up-to-date.
