Trying to log in but forgot my password and it says forgot password email has been sent, but got nothing. Checked my email it’s spelled right. And I am still getting mail. So it’s not my emails fault. Just fitbit emails for my password isn’t coming through. The other option is logging in with google. Please help

Hi there, @Alexawinkler.

Thanks for the steps that you've tried prior to posting. Just to confirm, do you recall if you already migrated your account to Google? I'm asking this as if you did it, you'll need to select the option to log in with Google instead of accessing through Fitbit.

Assuming that's your case, let's try the following steps to access your Fitbit account:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and select Sign in with Google.
  3. Select your Google account and enter your credentials if asked.
  4. Wait until you're in your account and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.

Hi there, @Alexawinkler.

Thanks for the update and I believe you've migrated your Fitbit account to Google, as this will explain why you can log only with Google and not with your previous credentials. To check this, just tap on the Settings icon at the upper right corner and if you get a screen similar to this one:
