Dongle not Found

This happens every single time I restart my computer (iMac).  The stupid program cannot find the dongle.  I have tried unplugging it and leaving it out for a bit, still cannot find it.  I've tried every port I have, still can't find it.  

 

I had it plugged directly into the computer and it worked fine until I had to restart this morning for an OS update.  Now it cannot find it again.

 

This is nuts.  Anyone have a clue what to do?

Hi @DarleenMB how are you doin'? Cat Happy Let me suggest you something, please review this post which has instructions to uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit Connect Software from your Mac. However if after that, your Dongle can't be recognized, I suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support. Our team will help you out with this. Smiley Wink
