This seems like a very odd situation, usually underneath your average daily steps the app shows your country. In this case I would like to suggest going to your personal settings on the online Dashboard and check if you have selected a country in your profile. If no country has been selected, choose your country and state, sync your tracker and check your profile in the app. The second line should then change.
