How can I download data to Excell for research purposes?

I'd like to download my data to Excel, but can't see how to do it. The URL (http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1133) referred to in the message below refers to a Gear in the upper right corner of the Fitbit App, but there isn't one on my IOS (iPad) version of the app.

Update to my earlier question: I now see that the download is not from the IOS device, but here on the website. That works fine, but doesn't include the one category of data I want the most: heart  rate. Any ideas how to download heart rate?
