I downloaded the upgrade IOS to my IPhone 7plus and now my Fitbit does not work. It wants me to use Bluetooth but I don’t have a Bluetooth.

Hello @naujo
Welcome. I am a bit confused by your post...are you saying that your Fitbit won’t connect to your Bluetooth or you don’t have Bluetooth capabilities on your device at all. Can you please clarify your post.

Hello again  @naujo

How did you connect to your Fitbit before the iOS update when you said your Fitbit was working?

I went to settings and turned Bluetooth on and synced it with my charger 2. Then I went to settings general and reset all settings. This synced half my steps now. Still need to synchronize the other half.

Hello again @naujo

Lets try this:

log out of your Fitbit App

force shut the app by swiping it up

then turn off your device ( phone) completely and wait about 1-2 mins

turn back on your device (phone)

now log on to to your Fitbit app as you normally would

once your logged in tap your profile picture on the upper left

then tap Charge 2 (located just under “My Family”)

scroll down an enable all day sync

😉 Let’s see if that does the trick

I just followed the instructions on the charger 2 set up and connected it to my rally app. I can see the Bluetooth in my settings. Now it says turn on Bluetooth to allow Fitbit to connect to accessories. I turned on Bluetooth in my settings when I try and refresh my Fitbit it states Bluetooth not available.
Thanks
