Downloaded update now nothing works

I downloaded this the update to my iphone 6 and now my fitbit wont sync to my phone or my computer. I completely deleted the app off my phone and redownloaded it still nothing.. Restarted my iPhone nothing... Tried same thing on my computer.. Nothing... Reset my fitbit. Nothing... Deleted fitbit from my account and now i cant reregister it because the app can't locate it on my iPhone or computer... Called customer service they couldn't fix it either told me to try tomorrow and email them if it doesn't self correct ... Disappointed as this is like the 4th fitbit I've had break or fail

Hi there @VanrosklVanrosk, welcome aboard to our Community. I'm sorry to hear after the update your tracker wasn't syncing. Before step in and giving you some suggestions, I would like to know how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting on your iOS and your Computer? Were you able to pair back your tracker?
