Since the recent major app upgrade, I now find that food entries often appear to have been duplicated in the list when I check later. Also, there seems to be a problem with them transferring from device to device. For instance, this morning I entered some items using my iPad. These now appear on the website, but do not show up on my iPhone. Some food items I entered later on on my iPhone show up only on the iPhone, and neither on the iPad nor the website. Also, when looking for or searching for food items in the list, since the recent major app upgrade, it sometimes takes an aeon for anything to show up.
iPad mini 3, IOS 12.4.1, iPhone 6s, IOS 12.4.1, FitBit app v 3.6.1 on both.

Hi @Number42. It's great to see you here in the Community.
Thanks for sharing detailed information about this situation, as well for making sure to have the latest update. This sounds strange as the information logged in any device should then be available in any other device if you're logged in. Since your iPhone 6S and iPad Mini 3 are confirmed to be supported devices, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app on both, your iPhone and iPad.
- Force quit the Fitbit app on your iPhone and iPad.
- Reboot your iPhone and iPad.
- Open the Fitbit app just on your iPhone, log in to your account and log your food.
- Then open the Fitbit app on your iPad, log into the app and check your information.
If the same keeps happening, I'd appreciate if you take screenshots of what is displayed on your iPhone and iPad so I can take a deeper look. For instructions to attach those screenshots in your reply, check this post.
I'll be around, keep me posted.
