ECG is not responding

I am trying to use the ECG app and am becoming extremely frustrated with the every appearing FitBit logo draining the battery and not opening a new window!
I have a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I just purchased the new Fitbit Sense. I am getting the Fitbit logo instead of being able to complete the application process for the ECG app (under the discover - and ECG report icon - and the WiFi is on and the Fitbit is synced). The Fitbit logo just keeps blinking continuously. I am in the United States of America (ECG SHOULD ALLOW ME TO COMPLETE THE INFO FOR USE)! I purchased the sense for this purpose. I have uninstalled and install reinstalled the ECG app, I have also restarted the Fitbit sense and my phone several times. Nothing seems to be working. Both the sense and my iPhone are updated. What is the problem and how do I resolve it?

Are your problems on the Sense Tracker or are the problems in the Fitbit app on your phone @tjserafin65

It is the phone part... I can’t get past the FitBit logo sign - it flashes at times, but doesn’t open up to the questions to allow the use of the exh app
