I have had an Inspire 2 for about a month now, after being a hardcore Fitbit One users for YEARS. When the Inspire logs my exercise for me I am unable to save any details I edit. For example, it is not connected to GPS so my run distance is always wrong. When I hit edit details, update them and save, they just revert back to either nothing or what the Inspire thinks the distance was, based on steps. I realized it's been logging all my runs wrong for a month. I've tried every trick I can find on this forum (make sure app & fibit are updates, log out of fitbit, close app and restart phone, etc.) and still no luck. Help! I am using the Fitbit iOS app.

I’m having the same issue when I try to log my rowing distance. I have a Versa 2 (new in May) and never had this problem on my Charge 2. I’ve updated everything suggested. Please let me know if you figure it out.
