Email verification not received

I have registered my Fitbit, but have not received verification email. It is not in my Spam file, and I have the latest version of the app. I have tried all solutions that I can find in the forums and none work. Does this mean my guarantee is void?

i have tried entering another email address, but it won't accept it. I am on the verge of returning the thing.  Can anyone help?

@Tristan48 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'll help you with your concern. Just to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know what email verification you are looking for. Is it a low battery notification? Were you told that you should receive an email notification after you set up your tracker?

When I set up my tracker, I was told I would be sent an email to enable me to verify my tracker. I did not receive an email, and my dashboard shows a "verification needed" message. When I tap on this, the "did not receive email" option is greyed out. I have the app on my iPad Air. Can you help?

@Tristan48 Thanks for getting back! I would like you to provide a screenshot of the page that shows the "Verification Needed" message. This will help me to investigate further.

@Mikeinshape Thanks for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I believe that if you did not receive the verification email, there is a possibility that your tracker didn't get set up completely. Please make sure that you are following the setup process as advised in this help article and see if your tracker connects to your Dashboard.
