Brand new fitbit. I can access my account with my laptop but I cannot with my 5th gen ipod touch. I keep getting "SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made". I have spent a lot of time looking for answers online & have not turned up anything.

I have moved your post from the Flex board to the iOS one so it can have more exposure. At this moment I would like to ask you for a screenshot of the error you're getting while trying to log in to the Fitbit app so I can check this further.

I appreciate you have replied with the screenshot requested. At this moment I will forward the information to our team so they can take a better look at this situation. Once I have more information to share with you about this issue, I'll make sure to update the thread accordingly. Tell me, were you able to log in at least once? If so, are you being logged out from the app every time you open it?
