Error 404

I keep getting the error 404 message when trying to sync to my phone and ipod. Is it my phone or fitbit that is the problem?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @CindyLou8403! There's no specific reason why your phone is showing this error. However, you could start by  setting  up your tracker as a new device. I also recommend checking out these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Last but no least, make sure that your tracker is running the latest software version and your mobile device the latest version of the Fitbit app for iOs.
