Error Message:"Bluetooth Pairing Failed - Call Notifications and All-Day Sync are disabled for now."

My iPhone is able to connect to my Fitbit Charge 3 to pair and update but during sync, I keep getting this notification.

My Charge 3 seems to have a new annoying issue every few days since I got it but this is the most annoying so far.

Is this an issue with Fitbit’s app and software or with my phone?

how do I or Fitbit fix this ASAP.

One of the reasons I bought this Fitbit was for Call Notifications so I’m continuing to be disappointed in the Charge 3.

@lukemack Welcome to the Fitbit family! I moved your post to the iOS App Board as there are more chances for you to get an answer to your post here.

Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the Fitbit app not syncing with your Charge 3. Thanks for sharing the error message you are getting.

This is very strange. I'd recommend trying the following:

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

I did everything you said to do and, then, when attempting to turn on All-Day Sync, the wheels just turn and turn and eventually tells me that it cannot connect.

BUT, it is Syncing and reflecting the steps I just took to my kitchen!  So, it seems to be connecting on Bluetooth and yet telling that it cannot connect.

What is happening?  How can I fix this???

I am extremely disappointed in the amount of time I’ve had to invest in trying to get this product to work and simply do what I paid for it to do.  Did Fitbit simply release a very buggy product?

This issue, with the Charge 3 not syncing properly is HAPPENING AGAIN.  After so many recurring issues with my Fitbit, I can now honestly say that I have never been more dissatisfied with a company that I actually used to recommend to people than I am right now.

None of your "fixes" seem to work... and, if they do, my Fitbit doesn’t stay "fixed" for long.

1) Why is this STILL a serious issue for my Fitbit?  Why hasn’t Fitbit gotten serious about fixing such a well-established issue?  Is Fitbit still supporting this product, do they care about problems if, given more than enough time to fix them, they don’t fix them?

2) is it possible to get this Charge 3 to work in the manner I purchased it for?  Because, it never, ever seems to work properly.

3 is it possible that the Charge 3 you sold me is a "lemon" because it NEVER SEEMS TO BE WORKING in the manner it was advertised?

I am having the same problem. It seems to be counting my steps but whenever I go to set up the notifications I get this message. It worked fine until the Fitbit app updated its dashboard setup. This is one of the main reasons I choose this product and purchased a new Fitbit. Does anyone have any solutions?!?!

Same here, and this has been happening since I purchased my Fitbit Charge 3 in December. Tried all the troubleshooting steps on the board. Fitbit continues to disappoint.
