Customs Food Nutritional Information Changing

I’ve recently add a couple items and when I input everything the nutritional information is correct. When I pull up the information after it’s logged for the day the nutritional information changes. When I go to edit the listing (because I figured I put it in incorrectly) it shows the correct info I originally added. I’m very confused. I’m unable to tell if this affects my micro nutrient count or not, unless I remove everything for the day.

I should add that I have shut down the app and also my phone. That makes no difference. I also added another custom food with the same information, under a different name, after I shut down everything. There was no change. They are exactly same.
