I got the versa 2 for Christmas,,, I’ve already had to uninstall the versa 2 from the app... and resync it to the app... those two times have worked.. this third time I’m trying to sync the watch with the app... tells me to put a code in... I do......then....
error code 500 and error code 503.
help! ——————iphone11 pro

Thanks for letting me know about the error messages displayed on the Fitbit app, as well for the steps tried to connect your Versa 2. I've confirmed that your iPhone 11 Pro is a compatible device , so let's try the following steps together:
- Remove the Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your watch.
- Open the Fitbit app and try setting up your Versa 2 one more time.
