Error trying to connect replacement charge hr

I keep getting the following error message when I try to connect my replacement Charge HR:
Error
Request fail: bad request (400)

I've done a hard reset on my phone and deleted the old Fitbit, but still keep getting the same error message.

A warm welcome to the Community @itstiffSorry to hear you're seeing a “400 error” when attempting to set up your tracker. I recommend checking if your iOS Fitbit app is updated by following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post. After checking this, follow the setup procedure one more time.
