Which tracker are you using? Are your exercises auto-recognized by the tracker or are you logging them manually? When did this issue start?
Please keep in mind that activities that are recognized by SmartTrack, will not include distance or pace information in your exercise history.
If you have a Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR and want to track a specific step-based activity with precise stats, use Exercise mode on your tracker and then categorize the activity as a run, walk, or hike to see distance and pace information. If you have a Fitbit Blaze, Surge or Charge 2, please use specific run, walk, or hike modes for precise exercise stats and distance and pace information.
