For about a week I have gotten 45 minutes of activity it it doesn't show as a day of excercise or show any of the stats. How does this get fixed?

Based on my personal experience, the HR models do a terrible job of auto-detecting certain activities, especially HIIT and bootcamp-style workouts. They'll often lose large portions of the workout or just not record them at all. Your heartrate might be high enough to register as active minutes, but it just won't register as a workout for whatever reason (probably because it's really hard to pick a set of motions that represents them). My suggestion would be for a workout like that to track them manually by starting and stopping them on your tracker.

Hi, @Cassizz! Can you provide some additional information, like what kind of tracker you have, what kind of exercise you are doing, and how you are tracking it?

Hi! I have the Charge 2 and I've been using it for a couple months. I do HIIT and bootcamp and sometimes it records it as excercise and sometimes it doesn't but it always shows up as active minutes. This morning it counted 45 minutes of activity but didn't count as exercise. IMG_5805.PNG

Any help would be appreciated!
