Exclamation mark on the screen

Hi. Mine and my partners Fitbit doesn't work. Mine was working for couple of hours and after trying to update the trackers they both became useless. Both got explanation mark on them. We tried to restart it etc nothing seems to work . Pls help

This sounds pretty weird, let me help you out. Since you have already tried the restart you can also try setting up your tracker as a new device and keep an eye on it.

Hi. I've tried but when it meant to come up with the pairing code all I got is explanation sign. Don't actually come up with the code to pair it

It's a shame to hear that you're still experiencing this inconvenience. Please perform the restart again but this time do it 2 or consecutive times, then try doing the setup process using a computer and keep an eye on it.
