Exercise Goal doesn't update

My exercise goal has not been able to be changed. I go to change my weekly goal from 5 to 3 and it always reverts back to 3. Have pressed save multiple times. Help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Just to clarify, do you mean that the exercise goal reverts to 5 when changing it from 5 to 3 days? If that's correct, please try the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
5. Try changing the exercise goal one more time.

If the same keeps happening, please take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply. That way I can further investigate.

I am having the same problem. I just pulled my Fitbit Charge out of the box and finished set up but am trying to adjust some of the goals and the app won't allow me to change the exercise goal others yes that no. I have:

logged out and back in

deleted the app and reinstalled

deleted the app - rebooted my phone- reinstalled the app

nothing has worked. please advise it wouldn't do me any good to take picture because you can't see it revert. lol?

This is happening to me! I’ve logged out, deleted the app, downloaded it again and logged in and tried again! Still reverting back to 5 days.
