Exercise Shortcuts not syncing

My exercise shortcuts disappeared today on my Fitbit Blaze, I added them back in on the app & synced but are not syncing to the Fitbit Blaze or evening saving on the app...very frustrating. Anyone know how to fix or having the same problem? I lost a whole workout tracking from this.

I added shortcut from Fitbit web Dashboard, then sync mobile app with tracker. And now shortcuts are appear

I added my exercise shortcuts from the Fitbit website, then I synced on the mobile app, I also I had it connected to the charger..it worked! Yay!

Hi all,

Just as @Artur_Beglaryan and @Jan_janmarie suggested, I would recommend re-adding the the shortcuts in your Fitbit.com settings and then sync your Blaze. This should help!

Also, there have been a few instances where re-pairing your Blaze using the replacement tracker setup process alleviates the issue. Be sure to sync your Blaze before re-pairing!

Mine started doing this today as well...My Galaxy Note 5 just upgraded it's Android OS to Marshmallow, so I wonder if fhat is the problem? I may uninstall andvreinstall the Fitbit app just in case...

Mine too. I guess shortcuts start to dissaper after updating my iPhone to iOS 9.3. I emailed Fitbit, but still waiting an answer

I am having the same issues.  I went to the dashboard and made adjustments and the problem is not solved.

I see the shortcuts on the website but they do not appear on my watch.

Heard from Fitbit.  The instructions they gave me did not fix the problem.

Another one having exactly the same problem - it was working fine before. Assuming it's a problem with the app as it just isn't holding the information. Other things are syncing fine - e.g. I can change the clock face and it remembers that. Hopefully fitbit will come up with a solution soon but in the meantime it's quite annoying!

This problem started after my Galaxy Note 5 updated to the Marshmallow operating system yesterday morning...I kept adding the exercises into the Fitbit app throughout the day, but they would still disappear after each sync...I uninstalled the Fitbit app, then reinstalled it,  yesterday and it seems to have resolved the problem

Thanks. Adding via the website didn't work for me unfortunately, but i tried removing and repairing and that seems to have fixed it.
