Exercise and food logs not getting saved in app.

I just did the update and now my Fitbit app is not saving my logs for food and training. Need it fixed

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention, have you checked if your data is showing up by tapping on each individual tile? If the information is not showing up, please try the following:

 

  • Force-quit the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
