Exercise details do not show seconds.

IMG_6513.jpeg

When it comes to a Jogging session, not having seconds shown after minutes os useless. As useless is not having meters after kilometers.

Sad to say, but reality is that: Previous Graphical User Interface and overall experience was by far better.

I read a blog about a workaround that allows to get back ro old GUI (Exercise Log Menu -- Manage Data -- Exercise Log --- Review Data) but doesn't work to me (italian language?)

@Fbz76   Unfortunately, that workaround disappeared in the latest app update.  Fitbit is aware that users are unhappy with these simplified details.  There is no time frame for a fix.  You can see more details on your web dashboard at fitbit.com.  You will see your 5k time in minutes and seconds.

@LZeeW  Do you believe google intends to fix this? This is such a basic and critical function of a fitness tracker. We know they have the actual duration as it is displayed accurately on the web dashboard. Changing the display format on the app from h:mm to h:mm:ss is a trivial change. There have been 10 releases of the app since they dropped the seconds off exercise duration in v4.00 and they have chosen to ignore this issue. Why?

@mcw53 There's a Product Feedback post on this: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Product-Feedback/Show-exercise-duration-in-HH-MM-SS-on-Fitbit-app/id...

Absurd that it's necessary, but here we are. Kind of surprised there are only 106 votes on this. Feels like there are at least that many posts here in the app forum about it.

@mikey_pdx  Yeah, I voted for that months ago. Also surprised that it's necessary and so few votes.

@mcw53   I don't know the answer to this.  Product Experts aren't employees.  We learn about things like everyone else.
