Welcome to the community, @alex.arauzafit.

Thanks for sharing this with me. There are different factors that prevent your Fitbit device from syncing, such as having multiple Bluetooth connections nearby, not having the Fitbit app updated or even having the device too far from your phone. With this in mind, do you see an error message when trying to sync? What is the model of your Fitbit device?

In the meantime, let's try the suggestions described in this help article and keep an eye in the next few days to see how it goes.

I have the versa four so my problem more specifically is when my friends and I challenge each other only says I do like maybe 56,000 steps when I’m running 5 to 6 miles a day it just doesn’t add up amongst the rest of the walking, I do, it’s just weird thatmy weekly steps aren’t adding up to my daily steps. I’ve already did a reset I’ve tried everything. Not sure why it’s not updating like it used to, i’m averaging close to 15,000 steps daily over seven days it just isn’t adding up

@alex.arauzafit It's good to see you again.

Thanks for the additional information and your efforts while working on this matter. I'm sorry for any frustration this has caused and rest assure we'll work on this together. To do that, please confirm if the issue with the steps tile not displaying the correct amount of steps walked during the day or week? Or is the issue with the friends leaderboard not updating?

I understand you've tried some steps, but please confirm if you've exhausted the ones suggested here and check how it behaves in the next few days.

I have the Fitbit versa four and the issue is my week starts on Sunday or Monday I believe and I am already at like 50k 60k steps so my steps aren’t resetting at the beginning of my week and my sister is having the same issue with her. Fitbitand it’s not necessarily the Fitbit it’s the app not resetting
