I have tried everything. Reinstall, restarting my phone.
when I get to the “go to my family” it will not do anything when I click on it. I need help! I have two kids in my family that I need to access in order to set up their new device.

Thanks for every step that you've tried prior to posting, and I'm sorry you're having this experience. Before anything else, let me explain that after tapping on You > Family, you'll need to create child accounts or switch to your kid's account in order to set up their Ace devices.
I understand you mentioned the Family screen doesn't do anything, but could you confirm if you see options or an error message? Or does the screen stay blank or unresponsive? As you may know, our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app, so please make sure to install it and try the set up process one more time.
