Hello,

i tried to follow the instructions to change interval times for interval training but when I tap exercise tracking under "my account" all that comes up are the voice cues. Under exercise goals interval training does not come up. Not sure where exactly to adjust this.

Help please!

@SophieL85  How about a video -- an asset to those of us who are visual learners (like me).  Here is a link to the Interval Workout mode posted by Fitbit on youtube  How to use Interval Workout mode  Watch it a couple times because the part you need about customizing your settings is in the middle.

The video shows you how to get to your Exercise Shortcuts at about 28 sec.  At 29 sec, you see the list of programmed shortcuts.  If you list is full (7 items) doesn't have Interval Workout, then tap Edit in the upper right.  Now you can remove something by tapping on the red negative sign.  Tap the red Delete, then the Add Exercise option will appear.  Add Interval Workout.  Tap Done.  The rest of the video shows your how to set your intervals.

Sync your tracker.

I think this will help you more than screenshots.

@SophieL85  I hope I will be able to help you.  The Interval Workout is one the the Exercise Shortcuts of the multi-sport (exercise) feature.  What type of tracker do you have and does it support multi-sport (exercise)?  Not all trackers have this feature -- I think this only works with the Charge 2, Blaze and Surge.  You do a set up in the app, but it is started and stopped from the tracker.

If your tracker does multi-sport, this is what you need to do.  First, make sure Interval Workout is one of your Exercise Shortcuts.  From the app dashboard tap on the tracker icon (upper left) >> Exercise Shortcuts >> your list of shortcuts.  You can have 7 of the 19 exercises listed, so you might need to remove something to put Interval Workout in.  Once Interval workout is listed, tap on it >> you will be able to connect GPS and set the Move/Rest intervals.  Tap on Move >> see a scrolling wheel.  Choose your setting.  Do the same for Rest and Repeat.

Sync your tracker.

I have a Charge 2.  For me, I push the button until I get to the multi-sport mode, tap the tracker until I see Interval Workout, then press and hold the button to start/stop.

You seem to be describing the track exercise feature of the app, but , as you have seen, Interval Workout isn't a choice.

@LZeeW Thanks for your reply. I have a charge 2 as well.

so to clarify: I go to the exercise tracking from my app dashboard, not under my account, right?

I still can't find the exercise shortcuts, unless it's the autorecognized exercises? I seem to be unable to swipe left and delete an exercise so I can add the interval workout...

would you be able to send me screenshots?

thanks!
