Dear Fitbit Friends, I bought my wife and kids five Fitbits we use over the past 4 years for a friendly competition. I tracked my exercise on my stationary bike with a Zip and it would not sync when I added the exercise time. I get weird messages “Loading Stats.” “Try to synce again.” Nothing helps:
1. I deleted Fitbit app from my iPhone and downloaded it again.
2. Switched from my Zip to my Charge 2.
3 Tried sycing again about 10 times.
4. Tirned iPhone off and on.
Two days ago it worked fine. Problem today.
How can this be resolved? I am a Premium member as well.
Happy July 4th.

Hello @DrSteven, I hope you're doing well, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community! ![]()
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for having tried some troubleshooting steps prior to posting your experience. Tell me, is your tracker syncing correctly? When did you start experience this situation? At this moment I would like to ask you to turn off the WiFi on your phone and sync your tracker using your cellular data, sometimes when a child-block has added to a WiFi network, this will also prevent Fitbit devices from syncing information to the Fitbit app.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome, I'll be happy to continue helping you.
