Unable to receive Calendar Notifications on Charge 2.

Hi - calendar notifications not coming through to Fitbit charge 2 from standard default iOS calendar. Any ideas?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, are you receiving call and text Notifications without trouble? Have you restarted your Charge 2 and your phone lately? If so, I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  1. Go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Charge 2 > Notifications. 
  2. Tap on Calendar Notifications to disable it.
  3. Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app.
  4. Open the app and enable Calendar Notifications again.
  5. Restart your Charge 2 (once again if you have already done it)
  6. Sync your tracker.
