Hi
After updating with the latest Fitbit iPhone app on Sunday, the dashboard on my app has stopped showing any entries for steps, floors, distance & calories, despite my Fitbit showing lots of activity. When I swipe down on the app to activate sync, it says looking. Please advise.
Thanks

Hello @HippyH, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around. Thank you for keeping the Community organized @USAF-Larry, I really appreciate it.
@HippyH, if the app doesn't seem to sync with your tracker, I would like to suggest forceclosing it by double-tapping the Home button on your phone and swiping up the app. Then turn off the Bluetooth for 15 seconds and turn it back on.
If that doesn't seem to do the trick, please check @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven very helpful for many members that had dealt with this kind of syncing issues.
I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else feel free to reply! ![]()
